I went to the park and saw this kid flying a kite. The kid was really excited. I don't know why; that's what they're supposed to do. Now if he had had a chair on the other end of that string, I would have been impressed. Imagine trying to fly a chair. You'd have to run like a motherfucker.

it's been hard making up all of my work, but i'm finally making some progress.
i made up a gym class this morning by standing in the weight room.
i stayed after school for a bit today to help kevin run lines because he's Charlie now.
i was feeling better, but now i feel all tired and yucky.
maybe it's because i was on the phone until 130 and didnt fall asleep until 2. ugh
this weekend will be a lot of fun.
then, on monday i get to go to Columbia University for a newspaper seminar.
and we have off on tuesday and friday. Yay!
i'm so done with this entry.

I'm such an asshole for being on the computer tonight. I have so much work to do it's slightly unfathomable. I just typed out a six page short story for creative writing class and I still have to write another one by tomorrow! This class is way too much and makes me not want to be a writer anymore.
This morning in gym, the shirt I was wearing was long sleeved but it was grey (the same color as my pants), so I changed into a short-sleeved orange shirt. Little did I know that we were going outside to run. Luckily, Vrona decided to be nice to me and lent me a jacket. :) It was very uncool that we had to run though. I jogged the first lap mostly alone and then walked the other two with Nick and Eric. I almost died; I have no running abilities whatsoever.
I got to skip History to go to lessons. Before Noll got in there, Paul and Shane wrestled, which was more bizarre than anything else. Oh, speaking of two guys rolling around together, Nick and Steph are trying to start up a Gay Straight Alliance in the school. Nick was getting signatures during English. I didn't have my book for that class, so I went to the radiator and picked up a random book. Later on in the class I looked inside the cover and it said "Jimmy Luberto." Weird. haha
Nothing cool or interesting happened for the rest of the day unless you decide to count going to the literary club meeting and tutoring the kid. I got paid today which was nice and tomorrow I'm skipping crew to see Dirty Rotten Scoundrels with Jen. Ian's coming home for the weekend so I'm thinking I'm going to just not do homework for a while. Not such a great idea. That's why I'm trying to do a lot of it tonight, but I ended up on livejournal instead. How do these things happen to me??

last night steph and i tried to drive to the cinema arts center in huntington to meet jess and see Everything Is Illuminated. We had a hard time with the directions and got lost twice on the way there. so we arrived 25 minutes late which was a quarter of the movie. we decided to just catch it another time, but in the theater next to the lobby was such a cute little cafeteria type thing. the three of us were like the only ones in there. i got a brownie and the best tea ever(i'm in a tea phase). the guy behind the counter was really nice and gave us free tea and was very friendly.
steph, jess, and i sat at a table and talked for a while, and a half hour before we left the guy walked past us and reached for the table. i thought he was going to take dishes away or something but he put down a chocolate bar instead. it was so nice! and even though it was dark chocolate it wasnt bitter and it was so yummy haha. a lot of people started coming in and jess' dad was there to pick her up so steph and i left. we got lost on the way home again but not too badly.
Hanging out and just talking was a lot more fun than seeing the movie would have been. getting lost was a blessing in disguise...or just convenient in a backwards way.

today i told everyone that it was my birthday. i'm a very excited gal :-) i got a lot of happy bday wishes along with the best card everr from jessica poolt! i'm tempted to scan it to show you all...
and talar and gabrielle bought me a cookie at lunch and put a straw in it to be a candle =-D it was the greatest thing ever and the first present i got.
dr max gave us extra time on that tricky timeline test(alliteration) so i went back and fixed a lot of stuff. i'm sadly still hoping for a passing grade though. i studied my ass off last night though. i was half on the phone with ian and half reading my text book. at 11:59 i was like, "are you ready...wait for it...okay.....ready?......*stroke of midnight* yay!!!" hahaha
i stayed after school for the thespian photo and the crew meeting. and i got my thespian sweatshirt which is very cuddley and soft. steph gave me a ride home because it was raining and pouring all day(but it's okay because IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!).
Later on, grandma is coming over and jen is coming home for dinner, cake, presentssss, and mom wants to take us to a movie.

ian's family took me to a corn maze today. it was so weird, i had no idea those existed. but it was a lot of fun. we totally broke the record of being in there the longest. one hour and forty-five minutes. we would have been out sooner but adam refused to leave until he found every single cross word puzzle answer, and then it took a long time to find the exit. then we went to Caffe Baldo for dinner and after we got home ian and i went for a walk to be alone because he's leaving tonight. blahljawlgjweiogj
now i feel bipoloar because i keep going back and forth from being happy about today and sad because it's over. i can never make up my mind.

yesterday was beautiful and it was the perfect day that i wanted.
i got to homecoming and did the fish toss booth for a few minutes but i ended up spending more time at the thespian one. i painted a lot of faces even though i suck at it. i walked around with ian for a while until we found andrew villeran and hung out with him for the rest of homecoming. we went exploring for a bit and then we saw tommy and crazy carl. ian, andrew, and i watched most of the game. it was a very sad game; we didn't score a point until i think the 3rd quarter when the other team had 21. andrew left us and ian and i hung out by ourselves for a little while until alonzo called.
alonzo picked us up and we went to ~white castle~ and the witches brew. afterwards, we drove around and had a really cool conversation.
i didnt go into a lot of detail because those are the guidelines i need to trigger my memory. it was just such a fun day and even the fact that i got a sunburn didnt ruin it.

this weekend was spent making way cool bracelets for french club. i comped one for myself and it=love. and i saw Tim Burton's Corpse Bride. it, on the contrary, did not=love. major disappointment. before the movie we went to visit kevin at hot topic and he said he couldn't help friends or he'd get in trouble, yet he had no problem kissing everyone on the cheek as we left. and i made a new friend in gym class and she works there too. i'm very friendly to new people this year. it's surprising how many people i know and can say hi to in the hallways.
sunday i did a lot of homework and wrote a couple of papers for creative writing.
here's what happened after i dragged my ass out of bed this morning:
i got dressed for gym. my class is awesome. jess sat out on the side and knitted so i played tennis with that girl kim. we both sucked.
after that i headed on up to ap us. i hate that class. it's really boring. but SHE SANG A FOLK SONG and it was amazingggg hahaha
orchestra is still cool. shane was absent so paul sat with me. it was soo cramped today and i was smushed up against a cello.
at lunch i got the "kelly byrne" wrap and i was happy that i didnt have any homework to scramble to do.
i got more amazing grades back in english.
i presented my environmental project with nikki and we got 100 even though we were missing like, everything.
in creative writing we did peer editing(which i hate) and steve and mike taught me how to shoot a rubber band. haha the ghetto guy in my class is hysterical. i was telling the class about how i hate bugs and ms soto has the same thing, and the ghetto kid was like, "i grew up around roaches and spiders; they're like pets to me." lol
we played games in italian and i really have to study because i barely know anything about italian directors and the test is tomorrow. oops. haha i was dumb and left my homework in my locker so i had to put it in her mailbox after school when i registered for the psats.
we never do anything in math. it takes warner half the period to get ready and the other half to go over the homework.
i have to tutor the kid soon and then i have 4 HOURS of psat class because we're taking the actual test. kill meeeeeee.
i only have 50 pages left of the book i've been reading forever so i really need to get on that.

today was all about my mad rush to finish my creative writing journal entries and write them on good paper.
i woke up at 630(that neverr happens) to get to school to make up those apush quizzes.
i spent 1st period looking through magazines and cutting out pictures for my health collage.
i had to write a crazy DBQ in history and it was soo time consuming and frustrating. but all is well because i still think the orchestra music is very cool.
lunch was awesome too except that kevin pissed me off right before it and i had to spend the whole period doing those journal entries. after lunch i saw kev in the hallway and we talked on the way to class and then i was only 10% mad.
i bullshitted an english quiz. i'm sure i did fine though. i couldnt get the bonus. i didnt know what TAENG unscrambled to be.
i took the EASIEST test in environment ever. she gave us the answers to some of the questions just randomly. and a question was : which is not a biome? a)rainforest b)steppe c)grasslands d)rainlands. lol my teacher is so bizarre. someone in class called someone else a "fucking cocksucker" and she laughed. and this other kid brought in a picture of him as a baby and another guy asked him why he had it. "when i'm sad it gets me up." "it gets you off?" and the teacher laughed! wacked.
in creative writing we all just talked. it was really cool. i wrote the whole period to get my journals in by the end and i just finished as the bell was ringing.
we did easy stuff in italian and math too so that made my day more relaxed.
after school i went to french club even though i dont take french. we discussed homecoming plans and what to sell. i was in favor of selling more than one thing because more variety=more customers. jess and i are going to make beaded french bracelets on saturday so buy some!
and tonight i'm going to see Corpse Bride which i'm very excited about because in the trailer is johnny depp screaming, "victoriaaaaaaaa" hahaha
but at the moment i am eating a fruit on the bottom yogurt and enjoying it immensely. in case you wanted to know...
